www.Promodifeds.us is the new address to access the popular Pro Modified information site.

Promodifieds.com, the site which originally incorporated a message board with news dedicated to the popular Pro modified class, has been forced to change their IP address. An unfortunate lapse in domain name registration ended up with the name being redirected to another site. The new domain name will continue to be the active name even if the original name becomes available. Should the original domain name become available again, it will be redirected to www.Promodifieds.us, allowing both names to provide access.

The site was originally built by Gary Stroud, son of Outlaw Pro Mod racer Don Stroud, in 2000. It was designed to be a place where racing information could be exchanged and to provide a gathering spot for those who wished to do some bench racing online.

Under Gary's administration the site became the premier location for Pro Mod enthusiasts throughout the world. Unfortunately, Gary was involved in a horrific accident enroute to a doorslammer event. The accident left him near death for several weeks and he is still in rehab at this time.

Don Stroud has continued to maintain the site started by his son but was unaware of the domain name issue and has authorized the purchase of the new name in order to keep the site available for members and visitors. Stroud asks that all members and visitors adjust their favorite links to reflect the new domain name, www.promodifieds.us .
