NMRA Announces the 2006 National Event Schedule

SANTA ANA, Calif. --
As the NMRA-Denso Ford Nationals event series enters the 8th exciting version of the tour, it's
poised to have the best year in history. Although everyone knows that NMRA is 'Where the Big Dawgs
Run' on the dragstrip, not everyone knows that the NMRA's All-Ford Auto Show, Swap Meet, and Wild
Street segments have achieved huge growth since 2004.
In 2006, the NMRA National Event season will consist of a total of eight (8) events between March
and October. At one of these events, the Motive Gear NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag
Racing I Presented by Nitto Tire, you will witness the first time in history that the NMRA racers
will line up against the best from the street legal world of the NMCA-Edelbrock series. The
Inaugural Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing will be held at the world class Route 66 Raceway
in Joliet, Ill., one of the finest dragstrips in the world. Expections are for the event to be the
largest in street legal history with over 35,000 fans in attendance.
