Bo Butner III has a 0.09 CIC penalty; David Rampy has a 0.15 CIC penalty. Rampy had a nice starting line advantage and enough power to hold Butner off on the top end to join a very short list of drivers with more than one national event "double." Only Rampy, Edmond Richardson, and Jeff Taylor have done so more than once.
