Dean Carter has a 0.09 CIC penalty; David Rampy has a 0.12 CIC penalty. Both had very good lights and both made nice runs. David Rampy's MOV: 0.0012 seconds (approximately 4 inches) and he will race Butner for the Comp title, but he picked up another 0.03 seconds in CIC penalty getting to the finals.
