Kalitta was out of the gate first and then around 300 feet Schumacher started to lose traction and pedaled it. Kalitta had just a little wiggle on the top end and that was all Schumacher need to sneak by for his first Budweiser Shootout win. Tony Schumacher's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.006), 330 ft(-0.030), 660ft(-0.021), 1,000ft(-0.009). MOV: 0.0013 seconds (approximately 7 inches).
