Two first-year drivers meet in the TAD final, continuing the no-repeat-winner tradition for TAD at Indy - it's only been broken once. Torrence has been certifiably hot this year and he continues to excel, but Will made a race of it, leading from 330 feet to almost half track, but then Torrence steadily pulled away to win by about a car length. Steve Torrence's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(0.017), 330 ft(-0.022), 660ft(0.011), 1,000ft(0.053). MOV: 0.0711 seconds (approximately 28 feet).
