CLERMONT, Ind. - Notes from final, round 3 qualifying in Pro RWD at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 51st annual Mac Tools U.S. Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Stephan Papadakis No Time, Now #6; No Prior Run
Right Lane: Brad Personett Runs 6.604/215.24, Now #2; Best prior run: 7.034/213.57, Was #4

8:08 p.m. Papadakis stages, then shuts down. he has an engine problem they are unable to fix this weekend. He made a legal attempt to qualify and will be placed on the bottom of the ladder. Personett goes right down the groove and makes his quickest pass of the weekend.

Left Lane: Ara Arslanian Runs 13.001/87.82, Now #5; Best prior run: 16.267/79.67, Was #5
Right Lane: Matt Scranton Runs 6.564/216.24, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.634/214.86, Was #3

Scranton makes an impressive run here, right down the groove, and takes the number one spot for now. Arslanian has problems right off the line and shuts down early.

Left Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 6.596/212.13, Now #3; Best prior run: 6.754/201.79, Was #4
Right Lane: Vince Fourcade Runs 6.616/210.37, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.585/212.03, Was #2

A good side-by-side, both go right down the groove. Hartford improves and moves up a notch to second.
