Jeff Taylor has a 0.11 CIC penalty; Glen Treadwell has a 0.01 CIC penalty.

Taylor's car developed an oil leak on the burnout and Treadwell got a free pass to the final round.

This is an exciting matchup - if they both go green, both cars should be over 200 mph at the finish line. John Mihovetz has a 0.12 CIC penalty; Vinnie Deceglie has a 0.09 CIC penalty. Whoever wins will be facing Treadwell in the final and Treadwell is sitting on a miniscule 0.01 CIC going into the final round.

Vinnie Deceglie's MOV: 0.0619 seconds (approximately 19 feet), the winner going 204.98 mph, the loser 206.99. Deceglie earns another 0.01 CIC to make it an even dime going into the finals.
