Weather conditions: air temperature 78 degrees, relative humidity 36 percent, barometer 29.84 inches, adjusted altitude 1,558 feet, track temperature 118 degrees.

Hartford was out of the gate first, but then had severe tire shake and got out of the groove.

Arslanian was real red and Fourcade will have lane choice over Personett in the semifinal.

Papadakis is broke and Scranton with the easy win and the bye into the finals. Scranton had a lot of tire shake and even smoked them before he could get it to hook up.
