Glen Treadwell has no CIC penalty; Dale Spencer has a 0.01 CIC penalty. Spencer left a lot on the tree and was unable to run Treadwell down. Glen Treadwell's MOV: 0.1196 seconds (approximately 27 feet) and he earned another 0.01 CIC.

Robert Bailey has a 0.11 CIC penalty; Vinnie Deceglie has a 0.09 CIC penalty. Deceglie made up 0.04 of the difference in the indexes on the tree and ran Bailey down without incurring any further CIC penalty. Vinnie Deceglie's MOV: 0.0312 seconds (approximately 9 feet). He faces Mihovetz next round, two very fast cars against each other.
