LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- The Zizzo Racing partners with Champion Packaging & Distribution for the remainder of the 2005 racing season. Champion Packaging & Distribution, Inc. specializes in the filling of private label liquid products. Champion Packaging & Distribution Inc. is a Chicagoland corporation located in a state of the art facility consisting of 131,000 sq. ft building on 8 acres in Woodridge, Illinois.

"Its fantastic to have Tom Pecora who is president of Champion Packaging on board with us once again," said driver T.J. Zizzo. "Mr. Pecora is the person who believed in our team and gave me the initial opportunity to compete at this level nearly two years ago. I will do my best to represent Champion Packaging with dignity."

"I have not been away from drag racing at all, it's just that I have been having a lot of fun racing with my son Chad and his car," said Pecora. "He competes in the 'True Street' class with his 1971 Nova and is currently running a 9.55. I thought racing would be easy but it's a lot more difficult than it looks. I now understand how difficult racing can be in any category and the Zizzo's make it look easy."
