He gives up first place because of mph. Left Lane: Jack Wyatt No Time, Now #19; No Prior Run Right Lane: Terry Haddock Runs 5.257/265.72, Now #9; Best prior run: 7.639/117.35, Was #14 Wyatt sheared the blower belt after they fired up the car. Haddock made a move in the right direction. Left Lane: Todd Paton Runs 5.572/206.75, Now #12; Best prior run: 22.119/46.84, Was #18 Right Lane: Dale Creasy Jr. Runs 5.998/156.90, Now #15; Best prior run: 7.074/117.73, Was #14 Creasy had a whisp of tire smoke around the 330-foot mark and he clicked it off.
