GLENDORA, Calif. -- Phoenix Custom Apparel has signed a multi-year agreement to become the Official Uniform of NHRA, it was announced today.

The terms of the agreement call for Phoenix Custom Apparel to provide the NHRA with hats, fire suits, shirts, event winner jackets, and other special apparel items.

"After so many years of being involved with NHRA and its programs in various capacities, I am very excited that we are moving forward with this new venture," said Phoenix Custom Apparel President Bruce Bowler, an avid drag racer since the 1950s and a former NHRA Division Director. "Our company is thrilled that NHRA thinks enough of us and our product to have us be their official uniform supplier, and we look forward to an exciting and successful partnership."

Some of the NHRA's highest profile teams like John Force/Castrol Racing, Jeg's, and Larry Morgan/Allen Johnson Team Mopar already use Phoenix Custom Apparel to outfit their crew members and employees.
