GLENDORA, Calif. -- StreetGlow(tm) Inc., an industry leader in aftermarket auto-neonŽ accessories and performance lighting products, will sponsor the NHRA Sport Compact Extreme Rush, officials from the world's largest motorsports sanctioning body announced today. The StreetGlow Extreme Rush will be held during the Lucas Oil Route 66 NHRA Nationals in Joliet, Ill. and the O'Reilly Fall Nationals in Ennis, Texas and will feature the top eight competitors in the Pro RWD and Pro FWD categories that compete in the NHRA Summit Sport Compact Drag Racing Series. "We are extremely proud to partner the Extreme Rush competition with one of the fastest growing companies in the sport compact arena," said John Siragusa, NHRA director of new business development. "The StreetGlow Extreme Rush is a fantastic way for both StreetGlow and the NHRA to showcase one of the fastest growing segments in auto racing to a new audience." StreetGlow is actively involved in the sport compact arena as the primary sponsor for Ara Arslanian's Bullish Motor Racing Toyota Solaras driven by Arslanian and George Ioannou in the Pro RWD category. "What a better way to break the ice and make an industry statement," said Jack Panzarella, StreetGlow CEO/Founder. "The NHRA is where we want to be and we believe an NHRA POWERade Series event will be the perfect setting for StreetGlow and our StreetGlow Racing Solaras." ESPN2 will televise both StreetGlow Extreme Rush events in the fourth quarter of 2003 as part of the 13-episode NHRA Stylefest series. The 30-minute shows will feature highlights and interviews from both StreetGlow Extreme Rush events.
