Densham and Johnson have met once this season, Densham getting the win light. They have faced off ten times overall, each driver winning five times.

Densham had traction troubles at about 800 feet and the car moved to the left of the groove. Johnson left a little oil at the finish line.

3:58 PM Lawson and Bazemore have faced each other one time in eliminations. It was in St. Louis, last year, and Lawson won.

Lawson moved toward the centerline right after the launch then smoked the tires at about 200 feet. Bazemore was hazing the tires at the top end and that will cost him lane choice in the final round.
