MOHNTON, Pa. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 19th annual Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals:

Current weather conditions: 56 degrees, 46 percent relative humidity, the barometer 29.99 inches under sunny skies.
Allen has a 10 to 5 advantage over Alderman.

Alderman with the easy win here when Allen turned on the red light for the fourth time this year. Alderman shook the tires right off the starting line and clicked it off.

Connolly was just a tick too to quick on the tree and Marnell will pick up his first round win of the year hear.

Allen Johnson with his best qualifying position since St. Louis was too quick on the tree and Edwards will take the win.

Great lights by both of these guys and Troy with his quickest pass of the weekend to take the win. He will have lane choice over Edwards.

Jeg has a 22 to 19 advantage in head to head match ups, but WJ has won the last two time these two have raced.

Another pair of great lights here and WJ ties his career best E.T. here to take the win. WJ with low E.T. of the round, so far.

Anderson starting from the number one spot for the 14th time this year is out of the gate first and never looked back to take the win. Anderson with low E.T. of the round and will have lane choice over Alderman.

Morgan with his best qualifying spot since Dallas of '93. Geoffrion has a 9 to 8 advantage in head to head match ups, but has never won a round when he has qualified 15th in his career. Geoffrion is out of the gate first, but Morgan is able to chase him down by 330 feet and take the win. He will have lane choice over Marnell.
