DINWIDDIE, Va. - Results of round 2 eliminations in Top Fuel at the Hooters IHRA Drag Racing Series, 2nd annual ACDelco Nationals presented by Chevrolet:

5:42 PM This one went according to form, Millican once again with a softer than usual setup (a 0.911 60-foot time) but a clean pass, good enough to get the job done.

Good drag race, Litton with a psychic light and just a bit more than Romine the rest of the way down the track to win by a couple car lengths. Romine sacrificed a bullet chasing Litton, his engine eating itself on the top end and the shutdown area, leaving a trail of oil behind it. It will be Millican and Litton in the finals, Millican with lane choice.
