2:46 PM We are down to the final four in FMD in 2001. We start the round with a blown and fuel dragster duel. Shields has had better numbers in eliminations, but it's anyone's race. Henkelman is away first, but can't make the power necessary to stay ahead of Shields.

Margin of victory = 0.018 seconds (approximately 7 feet). Federlin makes a valiant try, with a good hole shot off the line. Santos is right behind and takes the long way down, using most of the lane at quarter track. He'll have lane choice over Shields in the final round.
