Under sunny skies with the temperature around 69 degrees, humidity is 51% and the barometer is 30.30 inches. Kalitta with a slight starting line advantage and blisters the hide as soon as he hits the throttle. Russell almost repeats his run from the previous run, nice and clean and in the low 4.60's again.

Bernstein with the starting line advantage and was quicker to every incremental to take the win. That really tightens up the points race, Dixon's lead is down to six points. This was a good drag race with good, strong passes by both teams. Bernstein will have lane choice in the final over Russell.
