3:02 PM Smith comes off the line and gets out of the groove. He keeps it away from the centerline but can't make up any ground on Stanfield. Margin of victory = 0.058 seconds (approximately 16 feet).

Patterson gets a slight advantage off the line. Lastor makes up the difference before they reach the sixty foot mark and pulls away. Lastor will have lane choice over Stanfield in the finals. Margin of victory = 0.030 seconds (approximately 8 feet).
