McCulloch qualified eighth back in August but didn't come back for the rain date so Manzo got the solo run.

Ferro got the better start but Gill caught and passed him. Then at 900 feet, Gill's car lost power and he slowed significantly, giving the win back to Ferro.

Woodington made the field as an alternate because James Libby did not return this weekend. He hopped a bit at the start and never really got into the run, picking up only five MPH in the second half of the race. Newberry made one of his typical strong runs for the win.

Lourie made the field as an alternate in place of Craig English. When Lourie came off the line, he shook the tires so hard that it could be felt in the tower. Mullins made an uneventful run for the win.
