It is 75 degrees and the humidity is 50% and the barometer is 30.02 inches under sunny skies. Both cars were in the water and then at the last minute they switched lanes and behind him in the lanes Force switches lanes, too. The lane swap did not pay off for Tony as he went up in smoke as soon as he hit the throttle. He pedaled it once, twice and never did get it to hook up. Frank with the conservative set up goes straight down the groove and into the final.

Force after watching Tony blister the Goodyears in the left lane switched back to the right lane. Force was out of the gate first and just like Tony he was up in smoke immediately. Force pedaled it one time and could not get it to hook up. Bazemore with a good looking pass until on the top end when the engine let go and he had a small fire. Bazemore will give up lane choice to Frank Pedregon in the final.
