Rampy came in with a 0.09 CIC load, Volpe just 0.01. Volpe overcame Rampy's better light with a 185 mph top-end charge, earning an additional 0.01 penalty in the process.

Smith came in with -0.13 in prior CICs, Taylor a whopping -0.21. However, Taylor's great light overcame the CIC disadvantage and he won handily with no further penalty. Margin of victory = 0.045 seconds (approximately 11 feet).
