3:52 PM Rowe is the only blower car left in eliminations and we'll see him against a nitrous car in the finals because Harper was unable to make the call for the semifinals. Rowe made a pretty good run to half track, then slowed - possibly by design.

Hood stole this one at the starting line with a big holeshot, hanging on to win by a margin of victory = 0.003 seconds (approximately 12 inches). Hood will have lane choice against Rowe in the finals.
