BAYTOWN, Texas - Results of round 3 eliminations in Pro Stock Bike at the 4th annual Matco Tools SuperNationals presented by Racing Champions:
Qua-Rider-(Opp'nt)-RT-----ET---Speed-Rd-Qua-Rider-(Opp'nt)-RT-----ET---Speed
15 Joe DeSantis 7.427 175.94 Q 6 David Schultz 7.309 177.72
(A Brown ) 0.590 7.531 173.52 E1 (R Showers ) 0.440 7.334 179.54
(S Johnson ) 0.508 7.429 175.07 E2 (M Hines ) 0.443 7.292 179.49
0.498 7.469 175.25 E3 *****WINNER***** 0.501 7.290 182.53
Schultz helped out Seeling's team with his win over Hines in the last round. Now
I'm sure this one is all for him. Schultz is about a quarter of the way through his
chemo therapy and is out here to do what he enjoys most...winning. Could DeSantis
become the Bobby Baldwin of Pro Stock Bike? No! Neither rider has that great a light
but Schultz out runs DeSantis. Big win.

9 Shawn Gann 7.362 178.35 Q 5 Geno Scali 7.301 182.67

0.417 7.374 177.93 E3 *****WINNER***** 0.421 7.326 179.30
Both riders get good lights and it was side by side all the way down. Scali
pulls out the win and will face Schultz in the final.
