4:22 PM Rampy's big CIC hit in the semifinals doesn't come into play here since it's a heads-up contest between two A Econo-altereds. Both were off the throttle on the top end, the speeds down, but Allen just could not run with Rambo's bright red Bantam. Margin of victory = 0.289 seconds (approximately 58 feet).
