POMONA, Calif. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock Truck at the 36th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals:

12:38 PM By the luck of the ladder, the two yellow and black S-10s end up racing each other in round one for the family bragging rights. John gets the better light, but Mike runs him down and takes a small lead on the top end, the margin of victory = 0.016 seconds (approximately 4 feet).

Panella led this one all the way, slowly pulling away to win by a margin of victory = 0.048 seconds (approximately 13 feet).

This one was all Seay, away first and running away to win by a margin of victory = 0.064 seconds (approximately 17 feet).

Another close race, the two leaving together and Johns slowly edging ahead to win by a Margin of victory = 0.033 seconds (approximately 9 feet). Johns also will have lane choice over Mike Coughlin in round two - by 0.014 seconds.

Perin left first, but got out of the groove and had to do a job of driving to hold off Lingenfelter and win by a margin of victory = 0.070 seconds (approximately 18 feet).

Spitzer got the better light, but got out of the groove on the top end and fell off the pace a bit. Gracia gets the win light and lane choice over Perin next round.

Wow! Stanfield got a good light and low ET of the weekend to win by a margin of victory = 0.124 seconds (approximately 32 feet). That gives him lane choice against Seay next round, by just 0.009 seconds, the two quickest ETs of round one paired off in round two.
