1:19 PM-The Federal-Mogul Dragsters really seemed to love the weather conditions so will the coupes. Bartone slows slightly from qualifying but still has more than enough for a slowing Palmer.

Manzo picks up almost a nickel from round one. Fritts was unopposed in round one and slows from his earlier 5.80.

Tire shake claims Austin about 100 feet out. He drives through it but Newberry was not catchable by that point. Newberry will have lane choice over Bartone.
