the team's Mooneyes -- Red Line Oil -- Pontiac Firebird Funny Car will carry
associate sponsorship from McMullen Argus' Drag Racing USA and Popular Hot
Rodding magazine titles.
Randy Fish, Editorial Director of the McMullen Argus Race Performance

the early '60s, it's exciting to be partners with a respected professional
like Jim Dunn. He's one of the most experienced fuel tuners on the scene and
I admire the way Jim and the team prepare their car. The whole operation is
top notch. With over 40 enthusiast titles to our credit, Popular Hot Rodding
and Drag racing USA are at the top of our list when it comes to maximum
performance. We're proud to be associated with Jim Dunn, because he and his
team strive for maximum performance every time the car rolls out of the
trailer."
With veteran driver Al Hofmann at the wheel of this proven team, they're
focused on consistency, success, and many trips to the winners circle. The
nucleus of the team represents a combined total of over 80 years in the
sport. Insiders see this team as a serious contender for the Winston
Championship.
In a recent interview, Jim Dunn said, "I'm really pleased to be involved
with magazines like Popular Hot Rodding and Drag Racing USA. Readers of
those titles are true car enthusiasts, the kind who use the products our
sponsors manufacture."
