This one is a major matchup in the title chase, Panella leading Jeter by 99 points coming into this event. That title chase just tightened up, Panella's truck falling by the wayside at half track and Jeter goes on to win the round, set a National speed record for the trucks at 179.21, and earn lane choice against Barone in the final round. The Pro Stock Truck championship will be decided at the Winston Finals, three weeks from now, among Panella, Osborne, and Jeter, though Osborne's chances are slim indeed.
