This is a tough race to handicap -- Kalitta's had the consistency all weekend, but the Dunn camp says they've found the root of their problems and they're ready to reassume the performance advantage they had early in the year. Well, they never get the chance, the Mopar car up in smoke at the first hit of the throttle, while the Kalitta machine notches yet another flawless run.

Can Doug duplicate Scott's performance like he did last round?? Nope, and the difference may have been the lanes, Doug's performance here looking more like Mike Dunn's than Scott's. So instead of a Kalitta vs. Kalitta final round, we've got Winston points leader Tony Schumacher in his fifth final round appearance this year, his seventh in his career, running the former Winston Champion in what will be his 27th final round appearance, with 13 wins to his credit. Kalitta will have lane choice.
