ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 2 eliminations in Pro Stock at the 14th annual O'Reilly Fall Nationals presented by Castrol Syntec:

Coughlin earned lane choice here by a mere 0.002 seconds, and he takes the left side. That may prove to be a key decision, as ALderman slows significantly from round one while Coughlin's pass is a virtual duplicate of his earlier numbers, right down to the identical speed.

That eliminates Nobile's shot at the $25K No Bull Challenge bonus, Marnell winning this one on a holeshot. The winning margin here was 0.016 seconds, about 5 feet.

Allen Johnson knew he was at a big performance disadvantage this round, he took a shot at the tree, and came up 0.015 seconds short.

Martino puts Yates in the right side, but it doesn't matter as the Century 21 Firebird overpowers the track, fishtailing violently at the drop of the hammer. So we're down to the final four, and it'll be Yates with lane choice over Marnell and WJ with his choice over Troy Coughlin.
