Left Lane: Joe DeSantis Runs 7.480/176.77, Now #14; Best prior run: 7.459/176.26, Was #14
Right Lane: Lori Francis No Time, Now #24; Best prior run: 7.984/146.65, Was #24

12:03 PM The clouds are finally breaking up and it looks like we may have a good day of racing. DeSantis makes a good run but doesn't improve. Francis leaves the line, the bike shuts down and she has to be towed off the track.

Right Lane: Steve Johnson Runs 7.389/187.21, Now #8; Best prior run: 7.378/176.86, Was #8

Johnson makes another consistent run. Ayers moves up a couple of spots.

Right Lane: Craig Treble Runs 7.355/180.43, Now #5; Best prior run: 7.366/179.76, Was #6

Good runs by both bikes. Underdahl moves up to the tenth spot.

Right Lane: Larry Cook Runs 7.392/180.16, Now #9; Best prior run: 7.414/180.16, Was #11

Reuter's bike breaks before he can leave the line.

Left Lane: John Smith Runs 7.369/182.55, Now #7; Best prior run: 7.365/178.66, Was #6
Right Lane: Antron Brown Runs 7.310/184.02, Now #4; Best prior run: 7.393/182.01, Was #10

Smith is one of the few that hasn't improved today. brown makes a big jump to the #4 spot.

Left Lane: Tony Mullen Runs 7.359/179.23, Now #7; Best prior run: 7.368/180.07, Was #8
Right Lane: Fred Camarena Runs 7.435/179.06, Now #13; Best prior run: 7.466/175.71, Was #16

Camarena is on the bump and is looking to improve here....and he does it, moving into the 13th spot. Mullen makes a good run and just barely misses the cone at the finish line.

Right Lane: Brian DeLong Runs 7.551/174.91, Now #21; Best prior run: 7.656/170.56, Was #21

No improvement for either of these bikes.

Korn has smoke start coming out of his Harley about half track. Hale can't get his Kawasaki into the field.

Tonglet gets in and bumps out DeSantis, putting Arana on the bump.

Schultz makes another consistent run and stays in the 3rd spot. Hines is in the top spot and will race Arana in the first round.
