MILLINGTON, Tenn. - 5:50 PM Around 5:00 PM the rain stopped long enough for the Safety Safari to begin track drying, but the rain returned after ten or fifteen minutes and once again they parked the equipment on the track. The equipment is still parked and it's still raini ng.

6:00 PM Wait! The rain just stopped and the equipment is moving once again.
