We will have a first time finalist with the winner of this race. Toliver is out of the groove as soon as he hits the throttle making a move toward the wall. He then goes up in smoke and that is the end of his day. Lee drops a cylinder on the top end and it pushes him toward the wall, but again Lee does a great job driving.

Frank leaves the line first, but then starts to loose traction he pedals it and goes back up in smoke. Force is straight down broadway for the national mile per hour record to go with his ET record. Force will get lane choice in the final.
