Left Lane: Tony Lang Runs 6.546/219.51, Now #1; Best prior run: 8.028/213.64, Was #4
Right Lane: Chris Hand Runs 19.167/38.89, Now #4; Best prior run: 7.767/155.92, Was #3

Hand smokes the tire right off the back. Lang has a wisp of tire smoke around 200 feet and the motored on through the quarter mile.

Left Lane: Larry McBride Runs 6.696/165.66, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.603/171.05, Was #2
Right Lane: Sam Webb Runs 8.456/103.37, Now #3; Best prior run: 6.620/211.56, Was #3

McBride launches hard and it looked like a great pass. Webb had problems getting the engine to hit on all the cylinders.
