5:13 PM Carlson wounded his last bullet in the semifinals, so his crew really scrambled to get the car ready for this round. However, there wasn't much they could do to prepare for Nicholson's psychic light and consistent string of 5.50s elapsed times today. Carlson kept pace with Nicholson, but him too much of a head start to have a chance.
