HEBRON, Ohio - The adrenaline-pumping IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series featuring 12,000-horsepower, fire-breathing Funny Cars and Top Fuel dragsters, returns to Darana Raceway - Hebron, OH (formerly National Trail Raceway), Sept. 3-6. See the action LIVE in person or at IHRA.tv and SPEED SPORT 1.

The IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series had an extremely successful debut at Darana Raceway back in July. Scott Palmer and Mike McIntire headlined the list of history-making winners with their victories in the Top Fuel and Funny Car classes.

On Friday, Sept. 5 and Saturday, Sept. 6, the IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series will feature a http://www.web site name powerhouse lineup including Top Fuel, Funny Car, Mountain Motor Pro Stock, the debut of the Outlaw Pro Mod category, and a full slate of Pro-Am classes-all backed by competitive purses.

The first part of the IHRA Pro-Am Doubleheader will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 3, and concludes on Thursday, Sept. 4, featuring Top Dragster, Top Sportsman, Stock, Super Stock, Quick Rod, Super Rod, and Hot Rod. Then, these classes will compete again on Friday and Sunday in the Doubleheader 2 event throughout the Outlaw Nitro Series weekend, showcasing some of the best sportsman racing in the country.
