Pro Stock Qualifying Notes, Final Session

LAS VEGAS - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, 26th annual MOPAR NHRA Las Vegas Nationals powered by Dodge listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Right Lane: Shane Tucker Runs 6.711/204.48, Now #14; Best prior run: 6.737/206.07, Was #15

Weather conditions: air temperature 67 degrees, relative humidity 63 percent, barometer 29.87 inches, adjusted altitude 3,452 feet, track temperature 94 degrees.

Tucker is straight down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend to move up the ladder one spot.

Left Lane: Chris Vang Runs 6.739/204.98, Now #15; Best prior run: 6.727/200.89, Was #15
Right Lane: Troy Coughlin Jr. Runs 6.664/205.38, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.661/205.35, Was #10

Vang with a good clean pass, but will not improve.

Coughlin Jr. is straight down the groove and he will not improve.

Left Lane: Kenny Delco Runs 6.721/202.85, Now #13; Best prior run: 6.704/203.31, Was #13
Right Lane: Cody Anderson Runs 6.639/204.70, Now #7; Best prior run: 6.652/206.20, Was #9

Delco with a good clean pass, but will not improve.

Anderson launched hard and kept it hooked up with his quickest pass of the weekend to go to the number seven spot.

Right Lane: Eric Latino Runs 6.654/204.94, Now #8; Best prior run: 6.646/205.82, Was #8

Coughlin is straight down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend and moves up the ladder one spot.

Latino with another good pass, but will not improve.

Left Lane: Aaron Stanfield Runs 6.659/204.51, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.659/204.51, Was #10
Right Lane: Deric Kramer Runs 6.658/206.51, Now #5; Best prior run: 6.633/206.26, Was #5

Stanfield matches his quickest E.t. of the weekend.

Anderson kept it hooked up to make the second quickest pass of the session. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-0.979 sec., 330ft-2.759, 660ft-4.251/164.61 mph, 1,000ft-5.539.

Glenn launched hard and kept it hooked up to make the quickest pass of the session. He will hold on to the number one spot. This is his fourth number one this season and 16th of his career.
