HEBRON, Ohio - Former IHRA World Champions Troy Williams, Kenny Underwood and Jacob Elrod led the list of winners in Thursday's IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series Pro-Am races at Darana Raceway. Live streaming of the event was featured on IHRA.tv.

Williams, the former IHRA Top Dragster champion, had a .016 to .092 advantage at the starting tree over runner-up Jeff Smith. The Florida veteran combined that good start with a 7.364-second run at 169.68 mph. Smith from Kendalville, Ind., posted a 7.035-second pass at 188.04 mph.


Kenny Underwood
Underwood was the Hot Rod winner, driving his 1981 Chevrolet Camaro to the victory at 10.917 seconds and 132.15 mph. He had a better reaction time .011 to .029 than fellow Indiana driver Scotty Rienschield who finished in 10.926 seconds and 136.28 mph.


Jacob Elrod
Elrod, the son of IHRA Hall of Famer Dave Elrod, was nearly perfect at the start. He won the holeshot .002 to .041 over another Ohio racer, Tom Dimond. Elrod's winning package in his 2020 Corvette included a 9.915-second elapsed time and 158.69 mph. Dimond recorded a 9.863-second pass at 156.92 mph.


Dwayne Rice
Top Sportsman saw a showdown between Buckeye State racers Dwayne Rice and Jimmy Fallon, who topped the Wednesday qualifying charts. Rice had a 6.489-second run at 186.41 mph in his 2022 Chevrolet Camaro. Fallon's numbers included a 6.450 elapsed time at 220.04 mph. Fallon lost despite also having a .019 to .040 advantage in reaction time.


Donnie Hardman
West Virginia racer Donnie Hardman captured the Quick Rod win after going down the track in 8.925 seconds at 163.29 mph in his 2002 Race Tech dragster. Jamie Elrod, who was .015 better at the start, was runner-up at 8.946 seconds and 175.16 mph.


Brent Darroch
Brent Darroch made it winners representing five different states as the Pennsylvania racer put his 1994 Camaro in victory lane for Stock Eliminator. He had a 10.520-second elapsed time at 126.74 mph to score the win over Ohio driver Zac Ross in his 2010 Challenger.


Andy Kronenbitter
Super Stock featured Andy Kronenbitter, another Ohio racer, powering his Chevy Cobalt to a winning effort of 9.586 seconds at 138.06 mph. Ross doubled up with his second final-round appearance.
