Backstage prior to the NHRA Winston awards ceremony, Dave McClelland decided
that Scotty Cannon's mohawk needed a little touchup. Backed by a group of
anonymous investors known as "The Dead Presidents", Scotty is busy preparing
to join the NHRA Funny Car wars in '99. If all goes as planned, licensing
runs and testing should begin in about 2 weeks.
