The Hight vs Capps pairing is a replay of the final round of the 2006 Winternationals. Hight took that race and went on for a really good season. Overall Hight is 8-4 against Capps. Pretty even at the hit but Capps lost traction before half track. He sawed at the pedal and crossed the centerline after half track.
