5:25 p.m. and the bikes are going across the scales. It's time for some high drama. Anderson has already punched out one of the Cagnazzi Yellow Terror cars, but such is life that he has one more to handle. Connolly, as usual, has been deadly on the tree with a worst reaction time of .027. But Greg has been driving well today with a worst of .033 Anderson lost some time in the front half of track in the last round but still pulled out a win. How many times can he do that? Not any longer, at least for this weekend. Anderson was slightly ahead in reaction time but lost it in the first 60 feet and was never ahead at any timing block. Connolly drives a perfect race and the young man has another honor to add to his resume, and this may be the biggest of all at this point. Dave Connolly's incremental margins: 60ft(0.010), 330 ft(0.001), 660ft(0.001), 1,000ft(0.005). MOV: 0.0088 seconds (approximately 3 feet). Congratulations to Torco, Connolly, his crew, and all the guys at Cagnazzi for climbing the tallest mountain there is. |
