Weather conditions: air temperature 81 degrees, relative humidity 50 percent, barometer 30.23 inches, adjusted altitude 2,116 feet, track temperature 112 degrees.

After about a half hour delay to clean up the track, we are back.

Mike Salinas is 68 - 44 (61%) in Rd. 1. Cody Krohn is making his 1st start. The only time the #15 TF qualifier won a round at this event was 2014.

Krohn with the starting line advantage, but is up in smoke and clicks it off.

Salinas launched hard and kept it hooked up for the win.
