This is Jeff Diehl's first race since Seattle of last year. He only made one qualifying attempt this weekend. This will be his 85th round of racing and his 77th round one. Hagan is 5 - 0 against Diehl in prior events.

Hagan gets away first and powers right on down the track to near the finish line, where the Charger drives right into the reflectors to DQ the run and give the win to Diehl. That will cost him five points to add to the injury!

Diehl's Camry drops a couple of cylinders at the hit and he has to lift after the 60 foot lights. He doesn't get a time, due to Hagan's DQ.
