Langdon hits the throttle and goes up in smoke. He backs off of the throttle, gets about 200 feet out and gets back on it. He goes up in smoke again and finally gives up on the run. Pedregon drifted out of the groove late in the run, drops a cylinder and starts drifting toward the wall, but gets it back to the middle of the lane as he goes through the lights.
