Mark Paquette is making his 11th start.

Arana Jr is 1 - 0 against Paquette in prior events.

Paquette gets a great light, stays in front past half track, then he makes a move toward the centerline and has to back off the throttle. Arana jr. goes around him a little before the 1000 foot mark and pulls away for the win.Smith will have lane choice over Arana jr. in the next round.
