The last time he went that long without being in the top half of the field was in 1998. Dixon is out of the gate first and then is up in smoke and is off the throttle and lets the car settle down. Zizzo is up in smoke after Dixon and attempts to drive through it, but can't get it to hook up. Dixon got it to hook back up and takes the win by 0.0848 seconds (approximately 25 feet).
