Left Lane: Mike Minick Runs 5.929/233.88, Now #1
Right Lane: Rick Krafft Runs 6.458/225.22, Now #2
8:33 p.m. Minick is in the new Omni-bodied version of the Chi-Town Hustler and the new car did very well on its maiden voyage. Krafft lost a lot of ground early in his run, with tire shake and spin. He managed to save the run, but lost a lot of time doing it.
Mike Minick's incremental times: 60ft-0.985 sec., 330ft-2.596, 660ft-3.880/192.91 mph, 1,000ft-4.980.
Rick Krafft's incremental times: 60ft-1.160 sec., 330ft-2.920, 660ft-4.290/180.04 mph, 1,000ft-5.464.
Left Lane: Peter Gallen Runs 5.858/231.64, Now #1
Right Lane: Mike McIntire Runs 6.196/199.97, Now #3
Gallen visibly had the best run of the round, no wiggles, no tire shake. McIntyre had some tire shake early in the run that cost him a couple tenths.
Peter Gallen's incremental times: 60ft-0.993 sec., 330ft-2.580, 660ft-3.835/196.04 mph, 1,000ft-4.920.
Mike McIntire's incremental times: 60ft-1.025 sec., 330ft-2.672, 660ft-4.001/185.84 mph, 1,000ft-5.147.
