After winning the O'Reilly Auto Parts Route 66 NHRA Nationals in 2012, Brown went on to capture his first NHRA Top Fuel Dragster world championship. In doing so, Brown became the first African-American to win a major U.S. auto racing season championship. Brown is currently in second place in the Top Fuel points trailing teammate and Illinois native, Tony Schumacher.
Beckman won his championship in thrilling fashion on the final day of the 2012 season, defeating his teammate Ron Capps. "Fast Jack" was able to adapt to a new crew chief during the season, winning an event just two weeks after Todd Smith took over.
Tickets for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Route 66 Raceway NHRA Nationals start as low as $41 with a full-weekend of heart-pounding racing available for just $135. Every ticket is a pit pass, giving you a chance to meet drivers, see the cars up close and view interactive displays in "Nitro Alley."
